It is best to start off slowly, without large incisions. First take about 50 percent of raw food in your daily menu. Do not cross immediately to eating just raw food. It is better to find a perfect balance.

After a while in the transition period you can start right diet raw food. Before that, make a plan, buy groceries, find out, make indicative menu, eat as many different foods and do not hunger yourself.
