Ingredients you need for this breakfast: one cup of oatmeal, one medium size banana chopped to pieces, one of two tablespoons of honey, one cup of milk and one tablespoon of cinnamon and some chopped walnuts.

To prepare this healthy breakfast all you need to do is to soak oatmeal flakes into the milk, leave it to stand like that for about 15–20 minutes ; then add one or two tablespoons of honey and stir all together. After that add bananas and walnuts and mix it all together; and at the end add one tablespoon of cinnamon on the top.
