HONEY DIET: Lose up to 10 pounds in just a few day

First day of honey diet

For a lunch you can mix in a blender next ingredients: 50 grams of boiled cauliflower, 50 grams of boiled broccoli, 50 grams of boiled carrots and 100 grams of cheese. For a drink take a tea or coffe with a teaspoon of honey.

Dinner – you  can have a vegetable soup, one slice of white bread and one apple visit here. Before going to bed drink one cup of tea with lemon.


Second day of honey diet

For a breakfast just take the sam as the first day.

For a lunch just make a cream form tablespoon of honey, 100 grams of cottage chesse and one soft-boiled egg, and for a drink take a tea with lemon of coffe with 1 tablespoon of honey (do not use sugar)

Dinner is reserved for a 150 g of chicken fillets or fish, vegetable salade and tea with lemon.


Third day of honey diet

Breakfast is the same as previous days, just add one apple.

For a lunch you can take 50 g of cheese, 1 slice of rye bread, and some fresh vegetables with lemon juice.

Dinner is reserved for boiled vegetables, about 300 grams, one soft-boiled egg and cup of tea with tablespoon of honey

In between the meals, everyday, be sure to eat half a lemon.
